Kimchi class with Ching Siew from Singapore, Tina and Lucia from Taiwan and Claire from England. Ching Siew works in the hotel kitchen, her cutting speed was amazing. She visits Seoul with 2 other friends, and they will join my Kimchi class tomorrow too. Tina and Lucia visit Seoul for holiday, they were very excited that they made their own Kimchi. Claire is a Vegan, so she made Kimchi without anchovy sauce and preserved shrimps, it was an experiment to me too, the result was not bad! Thanks for coming, everybody!
